The Series 45 Jet Nozzle Assemblies are designed for a wide range of applications requiring durable, high pressure, tungsten carbide nozzle inserts.  The S45 nozzles assemblies are approximately 33% smaller than the S65 assemblies, making them ideal for applications where limited space and/or flow rates are a factor.

The design components of the Series 45, mirrors those of the Series 65 i.e. carbide nozzle inserts, threaded nozzle retainer, seal, and weld-sockets, and are offered in several orifice sizes.  Larger and/or special sizes, are available as special order. The Series 45 nozzle assemblies have been used throughout various industries, including large and small HDD, Alberta tar sand processing tanks were hundreds of nozzles are required to keep the solids suspended, well servicing tools, etc…  The small orifice sizes of the S45 are ideal for applications requiring high nozzle energy without an exorbitant amount of volume.

The Ø.955” diameter of the S45 weld-sockets are designed to fit within a Ø1.00” diameter pre-drilled hole, where they can be welded in place, thus reducing costly machine time.

The weld-sockets are available in several materials i.e. C-1026 carbon steel, AISI-1045 Steel Alloy and 316 Stainless Steel.
